Submit your professional and student work for exhibition at the Legacy 2024 Conference! 

We invite students, professionals, and educators to submit design work for exhibition at our inaugural Legacy conference. The Legacy Conference aims to examine the past, present, and future of design to deconstruct our past, understand our current realities, and speculate on our future possibilities. What design legacies have shaped our present and what new legacies do we hope to set forward? 

We seek contemporary design work that responds to the themes of Legacy which seek to interrogate the history of design and actively push design forward into the future. Submissions will be juried with a blind-peer review process.  

The selected work will be on exhibition at East Carolina University during the Legacy conference, September 6-7, 2024.  

The exhibition will showcase a range of perspectives with the aim to expand on conversations among our graphic design community and inspire the next generation of designers to shape the future of design. 

There are student and professional categories for submissions. 
Submissions should include:  

• A short description of the work and how it connects to the exhibition themes (150-300 words) 

• 1-5 images of the project or work (max 1MB per image) 

• Your contact info (name, email, phone number, website)  

• Submission category (student or professional work) 

Deadline for Submissions: June 10, 2024  

Notification of Acceptance: July 2024
